Every encounter with staff was warm, and the breakfast options were ample and tasty, constantly refreshed. Staff ensured a clean setting throughout our stay.

The hotel felt dated and had musty odors in some areas. Security was concerning with unlocked exterior doors at all hours.

We greatly enjoyed this stay. Came here for 1 night with our daughter, had a REALLY GREAT stay. The breakfast was nice hot and well presented with bacon, fresh cheese, sausage. The whole room was good value for money and had a safe, central heating, and an iron.

Truly enjoyed my double room with the TV, the breakfast daily, for example. Coffee/tea making facilities and fridges were available too.

The breakfast variety was excellent, with everything from fluffy French toast to fresh fruit salad that set the perfect tone for the day. I adored the outdoor pool area with sun loungers where I could unwind and soak up the sun after exploring all day. On top of that, the caring staff went the extra mile to, giving it that special touch that warms your heart.

We have spent 1 day in king room with the TV and the breakfast daily, as for instance, everything was nice.

We were there for 3 days, everything was great, truly enjoyed its marvellous location short walk to the mall and lakes. The service offered was exceptional, the room was large with the TV, the breakfast daily. The restaurant had hot food.

Cayuga Blu offered an excellent executive training center that met our business needs perfectly. The staff was efficient, assisting with all aspects of our meeting setup. The meeting space was spacious, well-equipped, and conducive to productive sessions, which greatly benefited our team activities.

Some areas of the hotel showed signs of age and required maintenance.

The breakfast was an absolute highlight, with delicious options like fresh pastries and local fruit. I also appreciated the quiet, fragrance-free environment throughout the hotel.

I loved enjoying the indoor pool and relaxing in the attractive pool area ! The outdoor space was perfect for soaking up some sun after a long day. Just a minor note, the place felt a bit dated, but overall, it was still a lovely experience 😊

Breakfast included a variety of options, like fresh fruits and delicious pastries. Staff offered great service throughout my stay.

This place was a strong match for resting in Ithaca with fantastic value. The shower pressure was surprisingly strong, making for a decent experience. Just check the room for any lingering smells before settling in.

Breakfast was a good buffet with tasty options, gotta love those eggs! Plus, the outdoor pool made for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring Ithaca's culinary gems nearby. Don't miss out on Applebee's for a chill meal with friends!

Cayuga Blu offers comfy beds, working A/C, and clean, well-maintained grounds. the breakfast features a good variety, including bagels, eggs, bacon, and pancakes. the outdoor pool and large grass area are perfect for relaxation. the fitness room is available 24 hours, which is a great convenience.

Room key access issue occurred. No complaints otherwise.
